Thank you for shopping at Elsie Ava Hair Co. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is in the original packaging.
- You include the Shopify Order Number as proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elsieava.com. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take care in packaging all items, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@elsieava.com. We do not currently offer any special conditions for returns due to damage, but we’re happy to assist with any questions or concerns.
