Donna is the co-founder of Elsie Ava Hair Co. and a mum of three. She’s always been obsessed with finding ways to make hair styling quicker, healthier, and less of a hassle for real women with real lives.

Elsie Ava Hair Co. is a small, family-run brand based in Manchester. Our aim is simple: make good hair days easy, accessible, and stress-free.

The idea for the brand came from our own frustrations. Most tools we tried were either too slow, too hot, too expensive, or just awkward to use. With work, kids, and everything else going on, we wanted salon results without spending ages in front of the mirror or juggling multiple tools.

That’s what led us to create the Ava Air PRO — a 5-in-1 styler that gives fast results at home using controlled airflow to reduce heat damage. It smooths, straightens, curls, and adds volume without the usual faff, helping you get fresh-out-of-the-salon hair in a fraction of the time.

We believe everyone deserves to feel confident without having to book appointments or master complicated routines. No fuss, no stress, just great hair.
